Portland Adventist Academy (PAA) is a private, faith-based high school in Portland, Oregon, operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Founded in 1910 as Portland Union Academy, the school originally served grades 1-12 before restructuring in 1975, when the elementary section became a separate school and the high school was renamed Portland Adventist Academy. With over a century of academic excellence and spiritual guidance, PAA continues to provide a Christ-centered, college-preparatory education that emphasizes faith, service, and leadership.

PAA integrates rigorous academics with Christian values, preparing students for higher education and lifelong personal growth. The school offers small class sizes, Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and a strong emphasis on character development, ensuring students receive a well-rounded education. As part of the global Adventist education system, PAA fosters spiritual growth, critical thinking, and community engagement, encouraging students to develop a deeper relationship with Christ while excelling in their studies.

With a committed faculty, diverse extracurricular programs, and a nurturing school community, Portland Adventist Academy helps students build a strong foundation for academic and spiritual success. By emphasizing service, leadership, and personal integrity, PAA equips graduates to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
