Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM) is a single-purpose professional graduate school that offers two specialized degree programs: a master’s (MAcOM) and a clinical doctorate (DAOM). OCOM’s academic programs provide students with a foundation in acupuncture Chinese herbal medicine therapeutic massage and qi cultivation as well as a focus on collaboration between Chinese medicine and Western biomedicine. Its teaching clinics serve both the public and students through affordable care for general wellness and hands-on experience for students. OCOM was ranked as the best acupuncture and Chinese medicine graduate program in the United States in 2012 and again in 2015 by The Best Schools and The Best Acupuncture Schools respectively.
