After moving to Portland in 2008 I quickly knew this city was the perfect fit for me. My love for the outdoors coupled with my enterprising and passionate approach to life allowed me to easily assimilate among my fellow Portlanders. I first tried my hand in the food cart business and created what quickly became one of Portland’s most popular food carts serving up grilled gourmet peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. My transition to the mortgage industry followed and I haven’t looked back.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife Melissa and our Labradoodle Ryder. You can find us camping hiking snowboarding and enjoying an IPA (or two) in Oregon’s countless and beautiful landscapes. I am also continually working on improving my outdoor survivalist skills. My secret wish is to be chosen as a contestant on the TV show Alone for the ultimate survival test.
